We sell air conditioning units and related accessories. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We strive to provide accurate information but do not warrant that the descriptions or images on the website are completely accurate, complete, or error-free.

• Product Availability: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products offered. All purchases are subject to availability, and we may discontinue products without prior notice.
• Pricing: All prices displayed on our website are in LKR and are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree to the pricing and terms outlined on the Site. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Payment: We accept the following payment methods , Bank Transfers , Credit or Debit Card Payment , Cheques ( Subject to Realization ). All payments must be made in full before delivery
• Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is simply an acknowledgment of receipt.
• Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations.

4. Delivery

We Deliver air conditioning units island wide. Delivery fees and delivery times are specified at checkout.

• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will vary based on your location. We do our best to ensure timely delivery but are not responsible for delays beyond our control, including carrier delays or customs processing.
• Delivery Costs: Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and selectdelivery method.
• Lost or Damaged Goods: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 day to resolve the issue.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your product, we offer the following return policy:

• Eligibility: Products must be returned within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Return Process: Contact us at [email protected]  to initiate a return. Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the product is defective.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 10 days for your refund to appear in your account.

6. Warranty

Our products warranty may vary depending on the brand that you purchase and covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or improper installation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Electron.lk  is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation or use of the product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka . Any disputes arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of our products shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka
