Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the air conditioner must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required to process a return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Air conditioners that are not in their original packaging.
  • Custom-made or special-order items.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] to initiate a return.
  2. We will provide you with a return instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds

  • If the return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
  • If the item is not in its original condition, a partial refund may be offered.

Delivery Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return delivery costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Original Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds
